Batavia Tribunal That Qualified "Enforced Prostitution" as War Crime

After the Japanese occupation of the Dutch-Indies, where women and girls were used as sex slaves by the Japanese, some perpetrators were sentenced for the war crime of "enforced prostitution". This decision could be seen as a precedent for future cases against Japan by countries that were occupied by the Japanese.
